Joshua Hebert founded Magellan Jets in 2008 with 15 years of experience in finance, marketing, and aviation. His expertise in business start-ups, transformations, search engine optimization, and marketing has enabled him to grow Magellan Jets into the brand it is today. In founding Magellan Jets, Hebert melded his passion for aviation with his knowledge and financial savvy, which he gleaned from starting his career on Wall Street at Paine Webber and Shearson Lehman Brothers.
Hebert went from the investment banking world to the advertising world where he led the marketing team to greater success at America City Business Journals. He then started in the aviation business in 2000, when he founded Jets International and paved the way to customer success and revenue in operations.

In 2002, Anthony made his mark at Jets International serving as the Executive Vice President, he helped the company to become one of the leading jet brokers in the country. Since 2008, Anthony has grown Magellan Jets in the same fashion. Experiencing 122% growth in 2015 and featured on Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies in America list two years in a row, Anthony’s dedication and leadership play an important role in Magellan Jets’ growth and success.
In addition to his success at Magellan Jets, Tivnan spreads his leadership beyond company walls into the Boston community. Anthony has served as a board member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and currently serves on the board of Camp Harbor View. His experience and mentor capabilities have granted him speaking engagements at countless organizations including Harvard University. He has been interviewed by Fox News and CBS and was named one of the 10 Boston Men of the Moment by Boston Common Magazine.
Before securing his role as Vice President of Magellan Jets, Gregory Belezerian garnered experience in the world of finance as an analyst and financial advisor. In 2002, Belezerian brought those skills to Jets.com as a sales associate, and his leadership helped Jets.com grow to a $42 million company. In his six years at Jets.com, he led the sales team as Senior Vice President in drastically increasing and sustaining their growth.
In 2008, Belezerian joined his Jets.com colleagues, Joshua Hebert and Anthony Tivnan, as founder and Vice President of Magellan Jets. As VP, he works in close collaboration with the executive team to manage the company’s development. Belezerian is certified by Alpha One Pilot School in Plymouth Mass and supports Dana Farber’s Jimmy Fund. In his free time, Belezerian enjoys playing baseball, which he has a strong affinity for thanks to his post-college baseball career.
John Amato is the Vice President of Magellan Jets’ Aviation Consulting Group. This team is responsible for developing tailored solutions for discerning travelers who might benefit from Magellan’s portfolio of premium, full-service private aviation solutions including jet card memberships for individuals and corporations, as well as on-demand charter services.
Prior to joining Magellan Jets Amato served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Data Center Systems from May 2013 – May 2015. In this role he oversaw the repositioning of their brand and brand messaging as well as the development of Data Center Systems sales organization in response to growing demand for innovative data management connectivity solutions.
From 2001 – 2013 Amato was the Vice President and Publisher of tech media brand Computerworld. As the brand evangelist for Computerworld, Amato spoke at numerous industry events while overseeing the revenue teams for Computerworld’s display and custom publishing programs as well as integrated marketing and face-to-face events. Prior to taking on this role, Amato held the positions of associate publisher and vice president of business development for Computerworld’s strategic programs and events. Before joining Computerworld, he worked as vice president of business development for CXO Media’s Executive Programs and held various senior management positions at Key3Media, Clear Channel Broadcasting and Capitol Records/EMI.
Amato holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
Thomas Harrison is Chairman Emeritus of Diversified Agency Services (DAS), the world’s largest group of marketing services companies. A division of the Omnicom Group, DAS provides a broad range of marketing communications services including public relations, crisis management, branding, sales promotion, customer relationship management and specialty communications including health care advertising. With over 5000 worldwide clients, the DAS division under Harrison had annual revenues of over $6.0 billion and was the largest business unit within Omnicom. Diversified Agency Services is the world’s largest holding company of specialty marketing agencies.
Harrison’s multi-faceted career brought him to Omnicom in 1992 when the firm he co-founded, Harrison & Star Business Group, the most successful and rapidly growing agency in the healthcare industry at the time, was acquired. Harrison served as Chairman of the Harrison & Star Group and Chairman of Diversified Healthcare Communications, a group of eight healthcare agencies within Omnicom, until his appointment as President of DAS in 1997. He was named Chairman and Chief Executive of DAS in 1998.
Harrison serves on a number of prestigious boards, including Fifth Street Asset Management, Zynerba Pharmaceuticals, and Madison Logic. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Montefiore Health System, has served as a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine, and Governor of the New York Academy of Sciences where he served on the Sackler Global Nutrition Committee, a long-time passion of Harrison’s.
He served as co-chairman of the New York Chapter of the U.S. Olympic Committee and raised substantial funding to support U.S. Olympic Athletes. Harrison is the author of INSTINCT Tapping Your Entrepreneurial DNA to Achieve Your Business Goals, and has appeard on CNBC, CNNI, Bloomberg and Forbes.com discussing his book.
Harrison was recognized with the 2006 Distinguished Alumni Award and where Harrison received an Honorary Doctorate in 2007, the highest honor an American University grants to an individual. He is a recent recipient of the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and has been honored by Long Island College Hospital, The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, The Lymphoma Research Foundation, New York City’s Health and Hospital Corporation, Mt. St. Vincent’s College, the New York Academy of Medicine, and the New York Arthritis Foundation, each for his philanthropic work.
Weeber joins Magellan Jets as a new chapter in an Aviation career that started when he first soloed a Cessna in 1987. Since then, he has amassed over 16,000 hours of flight time in a broad array of aircraft, including jets, turboprops, sea planes, and gliders. Weeber also served in front-line and leadership roles at Trans States Airlines, Midway Airlines, and at NetJets, the largest provider of fractional aircraft ownership services.
The focus of Mr. Weeber’s 30 years of aviation experience has been a relentless pursuit of process improvement, with the end goal of providing ideal experiences and optimal outcomes for clients. He has served as Captain on four different types of turbojet aircraft, built quality control and case management teams, led teams that seamlessly integrated air carriers while enhancing service to customers, organized globalization and efficiency initiatives, implemented complex technology solutions, and delivered enhanced safety management systems – all with the client experience in mind. Mr. Weeber most recently served as President and Managing Partner of Weeber & Associates, an Operational Excellence consultancy focused on strategic leadership, the customer experience, and crisis management.
Weeber earned a bachelor of science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he studied Airway Science and Aircraft Systems Management with concentrations in Aviation Safety and Psychology.
